Zelensky: There is no evidence of Russia’s use of Iranian missiles – Mehr News agency RCO News Agency
TheAccording to the Mehr News Agency, quoted by Kyiv Post, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, referring to the claims of America and the West about sending ballistic missiles from Tehran to Moscow, said that there is no evidence that Russia has used these alleged missiles against Ukraine.
On September 10, the United States confirmed the claim of “sending a ballistic missile from Tehran to Moscow” (!) and the president of Ukraine is unaware of it!
Anthony Blinken claimed in this regard: We have publicly and privately warned Tehran that such an action will cause a dangerous escalation of tension, and now Russia has delivered these missile shipments!
However, Zelensky claimed: “He received information from the West about the delivery of missiles from Iran to Russia, but I cannot confirm at this time that these missiles were used.”
He also claimed that Kiev has confirmed the sending of weapons and ammunition from North Korea to Russia with “evidence” and said: We can only confirm this issue (missile sending from Iran) when we have evidence.
The claim of Blinken and other Western officials comes at a time when Iran has strongly denied the accusations and asserted that these accusations are “psychological warfare” and the West wants to use this excuse to justify its billion dollar military aid to Ukraine.
Moscow also denied the accusations but emphasized that Russia and Iran cooperate in many areas.
