At least 13 people were killed and wounded as a result of a shooting in a high school in America – Mehr News agency RCO News Agency
According to RCO News Agency, citing Sky News Arabic, a few hours ago, an American high school named “Apalachee High School” in Winder, located in the state of Georgia, USA, witnessed a deadly shooting, and during this shooting, several students were killed and several others were injured.
According to this report, at least four people were killed and nine others were injured during the shooting at Apalachi High School in the state of Georgia.
According to the CNN news channel, citing judicial sources, the police have arrested the main suspect of this incident.
It is said that the armed attacker has been identified as a 14-year-old teenager.
Local authorities have not yet announced who the suspect is, but CNN reported that a source said the attacker was a student, but it is not clear if he is a student or not.
On the other hand, some American sources reported that the President of the United States, Joe Biden, released a statement saying that he mourned the death of four people in this incident, but Americans can no longer accept these incidents as normal.
While many news are published daily about shootings in America and the high number of deaths in these incidents, the powerful arms lobby does not allow a law to be passed to restrict the carrying of weapons in this country.
The availability of firearms in the United States and the sale of various types of firearms in stores has led to the fact that most people have personal weapons, and for this reason, the number of murders and killings in this country using firearms is very high.
