The Secretary-General of the United Nations remains deeply concerned about the worsening situation for civilians due to the conflicts in eastern Ukraine, as well as the Ukrainian-Russian border, including in Kursk and Belgrade regions.
Further, the UN spokesperson announced that “Antonio Guterres”, the Secretary General of this organization, wants all parties to ensure the safety of civilians and civilian infrastructure.
