Fars calculated: the value of Saedinia’s property is equal to Tehran’s damages

According to Fars, the property of “Mohammed Saedinia” including an intersection complex, a collection of urban cafes, a Sohan brand and two food industry companies is worth at least 2.5 thousand billion Tomans.

Last week, the mayor of Tehran, Alireza Zakani, announced that the only material damage caused to a city in the country (Tehran) is estimated at 3,000 billion tomans.

The value of the Mehr and Mah inter-road complex with an area of 9,000 square meters, including parts such as fuel pumps, restaurants and two-story space with commercial use, more than 10 cafes in the country’s metropolises, as well as the Sohan factory and brand, along with the two companies “Aria Shahd Saedinia” and “Shkowe Shahd Nik” food industry owned by Mohammad Saedinia, has been calculated by several official experts to be at least 2.7 thousand billion Tomans. It should be said that legal brands belonging to Saedinia have received 153 billion Tomans in loans from only one bank of the country by the end of September this year.
