The history of this village goes back to the distant years and its name appears in the book “Velayat Dar al-Marz Iran (Gilan)” by “Hyacinth Louis Rabino”, the consul general of the Great Britain government in Rasht in the early 20th century:

Chajan is also called chaijan. It is a part of Siyakhlorud and it is located in the east of Razi neighborhood next to Chabaksar to Ramsar road, this area is forested and beautiful near Chajan, it is limited. Behind the village and between the mountains, there are Jurdasht summerhouses, where a castle or a village can be seen, and this castle is limited to the old tomb of Noor Abbas or Silver Abbas.

The mausoleum of Miandeh village is registered in the list of national monuments of Iran. This mausoleum belongs to Abul Fazl (Abu Talib) Jafar bin Muhammad, al-Tahir fi Allah, the Alavi Zaidi ruler Husam (grandson of Hossein al-Shaer, and brother of Hassan Atroosh) and dates back to the 9th century AH. This mausoleum has a rectangular plan, has dimensions of 11 x 8 meters, and there are 143 cm wide porches on all four sides of it. The plinths of its walls are also 73 cm high.

Among the mausoleum of Agha Seyyed Jafar Abeez, a box with carved decorations and inscriptions of verses of the Quran can be seen in Naskh script, which are said to have been made by the order of Muhammad Sultan (Sultan Muhammad Kiya); Inscriptions on which the date of 855 AH can be seen. On both sides of the tomb’s entrance, there are two wooden columns with inscriptions, on which the name of the creator and the scribe of the writings are engraved. The inscription is written by Mohammad Kazem, the scribe of Taleghani and the builder of the columns is Ustad Qoli Tobanjani; The date of its construction goes back to the period of Muzaffaruddin Shah Qajar and 1319 AH.

The oldest inscription in the mausoleum of Agha Seyyed Jafar Abaid dates back to the year 842 and was written by Ustad Ali bin Ustad Ebrahim Tamjani. An inscription made by the order of Seyyed Mohammad Kia, Yahya Ghazi, Naib Ahmed and the famous scribe Haji Mohammad.
