Therefore, there is a possibility of disruption in urban and intercity traffic, slippery roads and slow movement of cars, especially in mountain passes due to snowfall and freezing, possibility of river water rising and road flooding, fog, reduced horizontal visibility in cold and mountainous areas, possibility of power outages especially in villages, cold and relatively strong wind blowing and snow blizzards in snowy areas.

In this regard, the country’s meteorological organization has recommended avoiding unnecessary trips, driving at a safe speed and maintaining a long distance, vehicles being equipped with winter equipment and sufficient fuel, not stopping and passing on the riverbed and banks of rivers and canals, refraining from mountain climbing activities, caution in recreational activities such as nature tourism and air sports, the preparation of emergency forces, highways and municipalities for snow removal and flooding of roads, and the preparation of executive bodies. is
