Alaviyan Dome is unique among the surviving examples of Islamic period architecture. Alaviyan Dome is located in Chahar Bagh Alaviyan near Imamzadeh Abdullah Square and is considered one of the must-see places in Hamedan. On the surface of the inner area of Baba Taher Arian tomb, mosaic tiling and very delicate decorations have been used, which has given a special effect to the inner parts of the tomb. Babatahir’s poems are written in Malayari dialect or Lori dialect. In the inner area of this mausoleum, 24 couplets are carved on 24 beautiful stones and installed in the lower part around the inner area of the mausoleum. Historical bath of the castle

Qala bath, as its name suggests, is a traditional bath in Hamadan. This bathroom is located in one of the old and authentic neighborhoods of Hamadan called “Qashg-trashan” neighborhood on Shariati street. The castle bath belongs to the Qajar period and has an area of about 1,500 square meters. The castle bathroom consists of two parts, cold and hot, and has a vestibule-shaped entrance. After passing through the vestibule, there is first a cold bath and then a hot bath. This bathroom has male and female sections.

In 2008, the historical bath of the castle was restored and renovated. After that, this bath changed its use and now it is open to tourists and enthusiasts as the Hamedan Anthropology Museum and is considered one of the tourist attractions of Hamedan. A traditional canteen has also been set up inside the bathroom, where musical groups perform various programs.
Seng Shir Square is one of Hamedan’s tourist attractions, located at the end of the 12-meter street and in a square in the east of the city. There were two of these stone statues, one of which was located at the gate of Hamadan, and at the time of the Arab attack, it became known as “Bab al-Asad” or “Lion Gate”. Part of this area is buried under residential houses and part of it has been turned into a square. A vast cemetery from the Parthian era with clay coffins, pot grave burials and a pit was found in this area.

Abolghasem Aref Qazvini was one of the poets and composers of the constitutional period of Iran. He was born in Qazvin in 1259. The grave of this poet is located in Hamedan, Bu Ali Street, near Bu Ali Sina Tomb.

Qurban Tower is one of the tourist attractions of Hamedan, belonging to the 7th or 8th century AH. It is located in Hamedan between Chahar Bagh Shahid Madani and Taleghani Street, next to the high school. This building is the burial place of “Hasan bin Attar Hafiz Abu Al-Ala Hamdani” and Seljuk princes.

About the reason for naming the Qurban Tower with this name, it is said that during the Afghan rebellion in the Safavid era, this place was the stronghold of a person named Qurban. Hamedan Grand Mosque

Imamzadeh Hossein

Imamzadeh Hossein or “Prince Hossein” is located at the beginning of Shahada Street in Hamedan and is one of the other must-see places in Hamedan. According to the text of the genealogy, Imamzadeh Hossein is the burial place of Imamzadeh Hossein, a descendant of Imam Hassan Mojtabi (a.s.) or the son of Imam Hassan Asgari (a.s.).
