Kavan Qeshm music festival was canceled on the opening night by the order of governorate and governorate officials in Hormozgan.

Bahman Babazadeh wrote on social networks:

On the night of October 25, about four hours before the performances, the police officers entered the venue of the festival and in a strange way disconnected the sound system of the stage. The officers took the devices out of the area with a police car on the order of the governor.

Today, three Soheili villages in Qeshm Island were registered in the list of the best tourist villages in the world based on their local heritage, but the first night of the Kavan Festival with the performance of veteran Hormozgan artists at the Soheili Wharf of Qeshm has been suddenly canceled.

The organizers of this festival announced that the tickets will be refunded, but they have not yet given any information about the upcoming nights of Kavan Festival in Qeshm.
