The 2 -meter Henderson View bridge extends from the beautiful and mountainous area of Faber to the Telok Blangah area. The bridge is located at a height of 2 meters above the Henderson Road and flows organically with seven successive waves; So that the natural form reflects the hills.
The designers of Henderson Views intended to build an environmentally friendly and community -based bridge that would be unknowingly with the surrounding nature. The three -dimensional structure of the bridge is based on a mathematical equation to peak up to 2 meters in a uniform motion and bent. The curved walls of the bridge move alternately and down, forming spaces for sitting or resting on one side. On the other hand, there are widespread hiking with beautiful views.

In the process of constructing the Henderson View Bridge, the environmental message is clearly seen. The concrete columns of the structure were distant so that they had the least effect on the protected forest area. Balau’s native and indigenous yellow wood, made from farms with a sustainable production certificate, has been used in curved decks and fences. Also, the use of modern technology in the production of panels reduced the loss of materials.
Since the completion, Henderson Vives has not been a bridge; Rather, it is known as an artwork, an urban sign and a tourist destination. You also share your opinion on this bridge with Kajaru.
