A unique property in the Bridgehampton area of New York, which was originally a potato warehouse, is now the home and studio of two well -known artists, Karl Mann, Collage artist, and Hector Leonardi, Hector Leonardi, Hector Leonardi. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and three complete health services. The main room has French doors that opens to the yard and gardens. The main bathroom is designed with a marble tub and the laundry room is located on this floor.
The staircase leading to the second floor is decorated with an art collection of plates, and on the other hand, a fence made of metal benches of Ireland Parks. The second floor consists of a large living space with a modern kitchen. The balcony has an aristocratic garden and the French doors open to the back yard.

Across the paved courtyard and behind the glass wall, there are two beautiful art studios. At the center of the studios, there is a spiral and wooden staircase. This antique staircase, transferred from Paris to Bridge HamePuton, leads to a half -floor.
