One & Only One Za’abeel, the first vertical resort of Van & Only in Dubai, has created a new and innovative experience in the urban hotel industry. The project is located in the heart of Zebil area, adjacent to Park Zabil and in front of Dubai World Trade Center and is a symbol of the city’s leading and ambitious spirit. The design of the Zebil Recreational and Residential Complex is designed by Nikken Sekkei from Japan and consists of two asymmetric towers connected by the Link Platform. This suspended platform hosts Dubai’s tallest pool and is about 2 meters above the ground. The spectacular structure of the suspended link platform, as a masterpiece of architecture and as an indicator point in the horizon of the city, creates a unique experience for residents and visitors.

The interior of the Zabil Hotel is inspired by Japanese minimalism and the natural environment of the Dubai desert. Suites and rooms with gentle colors and natural patterns have created a relaxing and modern atmosphere. Some special suites, such as Sanctuary Suite, offer features beyond the standard of luxury hotels; Including the massage desk, meditation space and private sports equipment that allows guests to experience full experience.
The project solves the problem of lack of space in a crowded metropolis, such as Dubai by placing the facilities of a resort in a vertical tower. This design, instead of scattering the features in a large horizontal space, puts them vertically.
