Roshn, which was launched by the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF), is designed to build smart cities and provide quality residential units. The design of the project is based on the three principles of sustainability, efficient urban planning and modern architecture to improve the quality of life.

Alongside housing, a clear project also focuses on the development of green infrastructure, hospitals, schools and logistics centers to provide a complete environment for life. The project is also seeking economic growth through employment and strengthening the private sector. Oxagon is the world’s largest floating industrial complex designed by a Danish company. Built in an octagon, this industrial port is located south of the Suez Canal and deep in the Red Sea.

The king of Salman bin Abdulaziz began the Riyadh Art project in 2008, which is a wide -ranging plan to turn the Saudi capital into a wall -free gallery. In this project, nearly 5 artworks are installed in public spaces such as parks, squares, subway stations and historic neighborhoods to make the city a living indigenous art native for art.

Amala provides a luxurious experience to guests, from health centers and coastal residences to the opportunities of booming and cultural exhibitions. The first phase of the project was opened in year 5 and will include private villas, seafood clubs and more facilities. The project uses renewable energies for its operation and does not produce any waste to bury by trying to reach the zero carbon footprint.
