Design and Facilities of the Desert Dream Train
The Saudi Railway Dream Train (SAR) was built by the Arsenale Group Italian Hotel Company. The train will include 2 wagons and 2 luxury suites.
At first glance at the interior of the train, designed by Lebanese architect, Aline Asmar D’Amman, there are luxurious ceilings with gold ornaments, cafes with exquisite tiles and precious velvet benches showing signs of Saudi tradition. The acceptance section is inspired by traditional living spaces and is decorated with inlaid wood and colors inspired by desert sand. Also, special art pieces are being built with Saudi heritage and culture to be installed on the train corridors, and the menus are prepared by local and international chefs.
