1. The city of Masdar; Abu Dhabi
The city of Masdar in the United Arab Emirates is a smart and targeted city designed to achieve waste and carbon production. The city minimizes energy consumption by utilizing renewable energy sources such as solar panels, electric vehicles and optimal energy consumption buildings. Smart street lights and vehicles also help improve safety and reduce traffic.

2. Kancun’s smart forest city; Mexico
Smart Forest City Cancun, a work by Italian architect, is Stefano Boeri. It will be the first smart forest city in the world based on renewable energies and is full of green spaces designed to attract 2.5 tonnes of carbon dioxide. Also, Connecun’s smart forest city can integrate green technology with IoT devices to carry out waste management, monitor air quality and optimize public transport.

Songdo is a fully connected smart city with each building utilizing advanced technologies. Traffic, waste management and even energy consumption in the city are at the moment. The city has merged IoT technology into almost all aspects of urban life to improve services to residents and businesses.

Telosa, a suggested city with the idea of Mark Lore, a famous billionaire. He unveiled the city’s plan to become a new type of future cities. The city’s master plan focuses on sustainability, public spaces and fair land ownership. The first phase includes green buildings, smart city infrastructure and access to nature with only a 5 -minute walk.

Biodivercity is a network of three artificial islands off the coast of Penang Island Malaysia that combines nature with technology. Reducing traffic, electric vehicles and green technology are the pivotal principles of the floating cities of this project. The project is a promise of sustainable urban life that is fully supplied with renewable energies.

Singapore is currently a global development city in the development of smart urban development. The government uses IoT devices to manage public transport, energy productivity and urban planning. Measures such as the use of electric buses, solar panels and green buildings are taken to create a city with a higher living capability while fully accepting modern technologies.
