You might think that the tab of “Immersive Exhibitions” has subsided; But the Teamlabs Art Collection has exhibited some of the biggest and most creative works in the style since the early 1980s. The group is now heading for Europe.
A new museum called the UBS Digital Art Museum is set to open in Hamburg, Germany. The pioneering museum is the main idea of the technology entrepreneur, Lars Hinriches, that was so impressed with the team’s work in Tokyo that he decided to bring a similar experience to his hometown.

The Ubisual Digital Art Museum will be set up in Hamburg Hafencity; A new building with an area of about 2.5 square meters and a 2 -meter -high ceilings that are specifically designed for this project. The museum’s central exhibition will also be a comprehensive experience that challenges visitors’ imagination with hundreds of advanced projectors and technologies.
What has made the Museum of Digital Art team special?
Unlike many of the usual exhibitions performed on the wall with video overview, the team turns the museum into “living canvas”; Hanging lights that play the role of the forest, flowers that are cut, and the waterfalls that flow and react to visitors. This experience goes beyond walking through beautiful lights and fantasy images. In this museum, the audience is part of the work of art; Therefore, it is not surprising that in just one year, 1.5 million people have gone to see the group’s works in Asia and the East.
