At a joint meeting of the Chairman of the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Committee of the Islamic Council of Tehran with the head of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, the Ministry of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, in various parts of the capital, decided to build safe tanks for the preservation of archaeological and museum monuments with scientific partnerships of the two institutions.
A joint meeting was attended by “Sayyid Ahmad Alavi”, head of the Tehran City Council’s Cultural Heritage and Tourism Committee, Mohammad Ibrahim Zarei, Head of the Cultural and Tourism Research Institute, Ahmad Abu Hamza, Secretary of the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Committee,
During the meeting, while emphasizing the conclusion of a cooperation agreement between the City Council and the Research Institute, it was decided that the capacities of research institutes, scientific groups and other departments of the institute be provided to urban management in line with research related to the cultural heritage of Tehran.
The meeting was put on the agenda as part of the two collections joint programs. It was also agreed that there would be regular and pension meetings between the urban management and the Institute for Cultural Heritage and Tourism to further the process of reforming and reviewing the guidelines and regulations in this field.
In another part of the meeting, the issue of the creation of several safe and standard reservoirs to protect the historical monuments and cultural heritage of Tehran in different areas of the city was agreed in collaboration with the research institute and with a preventive approach to possible crises; An important step towards protecting Tehran’s historical identity.
