At the same time as the National Protection and Restoration Training course in Pasargadae, the scholars of this course, along with the professors and experts of Pasargad Restoration, began restoration and conservation operations of the Achaemenid historic waterways.
Pasargad garden waterways are among the advanced Achaemenid engineering structures that have played an important role in water management and preventing ancient erosion. The well -known waterways of the royal garden are more than 5 meters long. These waterways, as part of the Pasargad complex’s water supply system, require continuous restoration and monitoring.
In this training program, the participants, after receiving specialized training, practically examined the injuries, cleansing the waterway in the worn -out sections, and performing the part of the parts one day later.
The Pasargad Collection includes the tomb of Cyrus, the Koshk, the Gate Palace, the Barham, the Dedicated Palace, the Tallers, the stone tower, and the stoning of the Achaemenid period.
