Stopping flights between Iran and Lebanon until the end of February

Husseinpour Farzaneh, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development, said in response to the Zionist regime being threatened by the Kurds that if the Iranian aircraft flies to Beirut, it would hit it and whether such a threat is true.

We have not heard this and have not received a written threat from anyone. What has been exchanged between us and the Lebanese Airlines is that the Lebanese aircraft has asked us not to fly until February 5 because of the security issues of its airport. They have announced that due to the security situation of their airports, all international flights have been canceled until February 5 and have requested that the Iranian airline will be suspended until this date, and after February 9, the assignment will be settled.

The head of the Civil Aviation Authority stated:

We have been waiting for the past two days to go through February 5, the agreed deadline, and we are definitely following it daily. Every talk is based on our written correspondence and the Lebanese Airlines.
