The illegal exit of the two countries’ cultural and historical property was delivered to the Consul General of our country during a ceremony by the Director General of Cultural Heritage and Museums of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey and the Deputy Governor of Erzurum at the Erzurum Museum.
These objects included 2 fonts, including a piece of sword belonging to the Sassanid period, an iron -style animal figure and bronze age, a number of glass and metal bowls, a copper pitcher and 5 historical coins belonging to Iran. Illegal ways and smuggled into Turkey have been seized in the provinces of Erzurum and Arzjan.
The collection of objects, in coordination with the Directorate General of Museums, was delivered to the country in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the early February of this year and delivered to the cultural heritage, tourism and handicrafts of West Azerbaijan province.
