Intercity bus tickets were expensive | Chaos in expensive actions!

Some passenger companies have increased the price of intercity bus tickets, especially from origin and to Tehran, and even receive a new price from passengers who had previously bought tickets.

This price increase occurred for the second time in the year; However, the regulatory body is also protesting the price increase. Earlier, Ahmad Reza Ameri, CEO of the Passenger Cooperatives Union, said that due to the expensive parts and supplies, tires and depreciation of the country’s buses, the price of suburban tickets increased by 5 %.

A 5 % increase in suburban bus ticket prices will be applied soon by the order of the Roads and Coordination Agency. Currently, a 5 % increase in suburban bus ticket prices was needed according to inflation in the country.

Meanwhile, the head of the Tehran Province Roads and Road Transport Office at the West Terminal, the managers of the West Terminal Transport Companies, wrote in a letter that any price increase is prohibited and violators will be treated.

However, this increase in rates has been applied and even our bus companies receive new rates from travelers who have previously bought tickets.
