Turkish Airlines has designed its new amenity kits based on Türkiye’s UNESCO heritage.
Flight amenity kits in airplanes are one of the attractive points of traveling with these different classes. Now, Turkish Airlines has introduced its new amenity kit collection under the title of “Türkiye’s UNESCO Artifacts”.
With the aim of providing a special travel experience to its guests, this airline now takes the cultural treasures of Türkiye to the skies. The new collection of amenity kits is inspired by six outstanding UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Turkey, including Nemrut, Gobeklitepe, Cappadocia, Ephesus, Ani and Troy, along with four different Ebro (Turkish marble) designs and three traditional carpet patterns. These new kits are now offered in business class on flights between five and eight hours; While different versions of them will be offered in mid-January for economy class on flights of more than eight hours.
Developed in collaboration with the Turkish National Commission for UNESCO, this special collection highlights Turkish Airlines’ vision to offer comfort above the clouds as well as showcase Turkey’s historical and cultural values on the world stage.
Each kit includes a hand and body lotion and a lip balm created by luxury perfume brand Ex Nihilo. In addition, about 80% of the materials used in items such as socks, eye masks and toothbrushes are made from recycled materials and sustainable options such as biodegradable corn starch.
With the UNESCO Türkiye Series, Turkish Airlines continues to set new standards in travel comfort and cultural storytelling. As the national flag carrier, the airline is committed to introducing the richness of Turkish culture to travelers around the world while continuing to preserve and promote Türkiye’s heritage in the skies.
