The valuable works of this national museum are known as one of the largest treasures of modern art outside the West, and this time a part of the works of this museum has become the basis of a different exhibition.
The exhibitions of the Museum of Contemporary Arts always have special attractions because of its valuable treasures; This time, however, the portraits became the focus of the display of works, and significant works came out of the treasure and went on the walls of the museum. These days, the contemporary art museum is a good place to see the works of famous Iranian and international artists. A series of works by famous artists such as Picasso, Van Gogh, Dalí, Giacometti, Andy Warhol, Kamal al-Mulk, Bahman Mohassas, etc. were placed next to each other with the theme of portraits in modern and contemporary art.
This exhibition has followed a historical series of portraits in different subjects; From the most famous portrait works to portraits of women, self-portraits of painters and portraits of historical figures. The collection of this exhibition includes works of painting, photography and sculpture in different subjects and have provided a suitable opportunity for viewing by a wider audience.
Eye to Eye, curated by Jamal Arabzadeh, has brought busy days to the Museum of Contemporary Art and is one of the most popular exhibitions these days.
