The Atyabi house with modern architectural values ​​in the city of Bandar Anzali went under the blade of loaders.

This house, which is located on Mazloum street in Bandar Anzali city, is one of the few remaining buildings with contemporary architectural values ​​in the city, which has been demolished since yesterday.

According to the information that reached Kojaro, this house has been in the possession of the Atyabi family for many years, and for this reason, it is known as the Atyabi House. After the sale of this building, the Atyabi house has had a commercial and cultural use for some time. In recent years, the vandals of Anzali’s heritage, whose construction projects had previously caused trouble for Anzali, were eyeing the destruction of this valuable house. Also, this building is located near the Anzali minaret, the construction of high-rise buildings in this area had already become a problem for Anzali’s cultural heritage.

During several changes in the ownership of the building, finally permission to demolish this building was issued and the owners started to demolish this building in the past days. According to the preliminary information, it seems that the Atyabi house was built in the 1940s. Also, some attributed its architecture to famous architects. However, Bandar Anzali, which has faced the wave of destruction of its historical buildings, is now losing buildings with contemporary architecture.
