We plan to continue this in the form of films and carpets. Tomorrow, the memorandum of understanding for the film and carpet festival will be concluded, and after that we will call for the production of works.

Since March, several construction activities have taken place in the carpet museum. The subject tank needed to be expanded due to the number of carpets. We added kefraj (carpet storage tank). All works are located in Kefraz. The design of this tank is in the form of a vacuum so that there is no entry hole for contamination. We have a closed tank for all carpets. The fire notification system of Farsh Museum has been updated. The previous system was not working properly and needed to be updated, and now all the museum’s places are equipped with this fire alarm system. In the field of fire extinguishing, we also need specialized materials and this system has also been updated.

The restoration project of the ponds has started since August 31. We progressed step by step so that the main body of the ponds would not be destroyed. Today we found out that one of the tanks has a leak from inside the body and we need to fix it; But the other 6 ponds are working well.
He continued by referring to other plans for organizing the museum:
Our next plan is to save and revive the green space of the museum. Also, this museum is active with 30% of the capacity of human forces, and we must thank the volunteers who help us to advance the activities of the museum.

That area has Article 100 vote and before this it was the parking lot of two museums of carpets and contemporary arts. In the original plan, that area was seen as a museum of large cloth carpets. Farsh Museum is currently a provincial museum under the supervision of the General Directorate of Heritage of Tehran. Considering the importance, goals and scope of this museum, the carpet museum should become a headquarters museum.
