The sale of Donald Trump’s NFT set has ended within a day. New data shows that the trading volume of this collection in the OpenSea market has exceeded 2.4 million dollars.
According to Erzdigital, the former President of the United States, Donald Trump, announced on Thursday in his user account on his own social network, Truth Social, that he has started the sale of his official heterosexual token collection.
The collection includes 45,000 different NFTs (referring to the election of Trump as the 45th President of the United States in 2017), the initial price (multiple) of each of which was set at $99. The content of the cards in this collection is also fantasy images inspired by the history of the former president of the United States.
The sale of these 45,000 NFTs, however, ended in just one day, and according to the data of the Dune Analytics platform, 12,874 different addresses have purchased these unusual tokens from the Trump Collection’s official website.
As expected, a part of these 45,000 tokens were put up for sale on the OpenC market, the largest platform for buying and selling non-gaming tokens. The data in OpenC also shows the reception of the Trump collection.
The trading volume of this collection in OpenC is equal to 2,050 Ethereum, equivalent to 2.4 million dollars, and the price floor is 0.23 Ethereum or 270 dollars. It means 2.7 times the initial selling price ($99).
One of the rarest cards in this collection, whose image you can see below, was sold yesterday at the price of 6 Ethereum ($7,080), and so far it is the most expensive NFT sold from this collection on the OpenC platform.
In the explanation related to this collection on its official sales website, it was said that every user who buys 45 of these tokens will be invited to a dinner party with Trump. Data from the Don Analytics platform shows that 118 addresses own 45 or more of the tokens in this collection. With that being said, Trump should probably prepare himself to host 118 guests who were the most expensive customers of his collection.
