January is here and Samsung might announce the Galaxy S26 series in late February. As the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s launch date approaches, we’ve got information about its possible colors. According to this report, this phone will be available in at least four colors.
According to a report by Phonenurd, which was later confirmed by reliable source Ice Universe, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will come in four color options: Shadow Black, Shadow White, Galaxy Blue, and Ultra Violet. Note that Samsung may also have an online exclusive color or two. Die-hard Samsung fans will note that none of these names, while still unconfirmed, include the previously familiar Titanium brand.
This could indicate that Samsung is ready to move away from titanium altogether. The iPhone also made a similar change to the iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max, replacing it with a unibody aluminum body that allows for smoother curves and improved heat dissipation, helping the device perform more stably.
From a practical point of view, increasing performance is more important than aesthetics, although titanium gives the user a more luxurious touch. If these leaks are true, Samsung may be fully committed to aluminum for the Galaxy S26 Ultra. This decision could help with thermal management, especially since the phone is rumored to feature an overclocked version of the 5th generation Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, as well as a reduced thickness.
None of this information has been confirmed yet, so it should be taken with a grain of salt.
