Samsung seems to be finally planning to update the process of launching its phones – and it was time. Samsung may finally allow users to select one during the initial launch of the navigation with the button and the navigation with the gesture, meaning you no longer need to refer to the gestures.
This option will probably be released for the first time in the future version of the One UI 8.5.
A report from SammyGuru indicates that the One UI 8.5 may allow users to choose their favorite navigation style during the startup process: either traditional three -story layout, or motion gestures that act on the screen instead of hitting the buttons.
In the One UI 8, Samsung still uses a three -story layout after launching, even though most Android brands have turned to gestures. If you want to use a gesture navigation, you have to go to the settings yourself and change it. Samsung doesn’t show you such an option during launch, so if you don’t know where you should look for it, you may lose it.
A late move to reach out to others
The gesture navigation is usually faster and looks better on larger screens, so it’s not surprising that most users turn to it after launch. Samsung seems to have now noticed this and is experimenting with an option in the startup process that allows you to select one between the gesture or the button from the beginning.
It is worth noting that Samsung does not intend to abandon its traditional three -story navigation system. While it may soon provide users with an option to choose during the initial launch, it is popular that the classic navigation method will still be available to those interested.
Of course, you can go back to the three -story layout by looking at the settings, but why should you do it? Navigation style is a basic preference, not a secret feature. If Samsung finally puts this choice into the One UI launch process, it is more of a move to compensate for backwardness than an innovation.
