According to the , citing the National Elite Foundation, it is stated in this call: The National Elite Foundation supports the admission of postdoctoral researchers with the aim of using the research and technological capabilities of the top graduates of specialized doctorate degrees in order to help advance the frontiers of knowledge and technology and solve the country’s basic problems.

In this call, it is emphasized: All qualified doctoral programs are invited to register and send documents through the foundation system by referring to the postdoctoral course facilities page of the National Elite Foundation system, knowing the stated conditions.

This call adds: The selected postdoctoral researchers will be supported by the foundation according to the Shahid Chamran postdoctoral plan.
