According to Mehr reporter, Hossein Afshin announced the readiness of Isfahan benefactors to build 110 residential units for elites in the presence of the governor, the head of the elite foundation of the province and a group of benefactors.
He called this plan an effective step in the direction of stabilization and stability of the country’s human capital.
Afshin stated that “the National Foundation of Elites in close cooperation with benefactors and executive bodies has put the provision of housing for the elites on the agenda”, adding that the purpose of implementing this plan is to strengthen the motivation and sustainable support of the elites in the scientific ecosystem of the country and with the coordination of the provincial bodies, the stages of land selection and location of the project should be finalized by the end of the week so that the implementation of the operation can begin in the shortest possible time.
Referring to similar projects in other provinces, the scientific deputy of the president said: In Tehran and several other provinces, land transfer and the start of housing for elites are on the agenda, and this experience can become a national model for supporting top talents and utilizing the capacities of benefactors in the scientific development of the country.
Emphasizing the necessity of synergy between the government and benefactors in the field of science and technology, he stated: In addition to paying attention to the livelihood and welfare issues of the elites, the National Elite Foundation has a mission in the field of scientific growth, technologically and provide them innovatively. For this purpose, the creation of innovation centers and technology towns centered on the elites has been placed on the agenda of the provinces.
Afshin suggested that the selected lands for the implementation of the plan should be visited and examined carefully in the presence of benefactors, experts and representatives of the governorate, so that after the final approval, the implementation operations would begin. He considered this model of interaction to be the introduction to the expansion of benefactors’ participation in the creation of technology and innovation towns.
