The 26th Congress of Reproductive Sciences, the 21st Congress of Stem Cell Cell and the 20th Nursing Seminar, as always, will be the first in English and the third in Persian.

Referring to the good welcome of the festival, he added: “More than 5 articles were summarized to the Secretariat, which after detailed judgment, 5 articles were admitted in three programs this year. At the Congress of Reproductive Sciences, the article summarized a summary of 2 posters and 2 lectures. At the Congress of Stem Cell Cells, there were 5 articles, of which 2 posters and 2 lectures were selected. Also at the Nursing Seminar, the article summary was accepted, with 2 articles as posters and 2 articles were selected as lectures.

He continued: Among these articles, six summaries were selected as selected articles that will receive their awards on the opening day of Congress. These articles have received the necessary points after the refereeing process.

“Every year, we try to have programs for students and researchers along with the Royan Congress that begin about two to three weeks before the congress,” Royan’s educational assistant said. The executive secretary of the congress stated: This year we will have 5 lectures in three scientific programs, including two foreign speakers from 5 countries and two domestic speakers from universities, associations and scientific centers in the country.

He added: One of the important parts of Congress is the presence of scientific, spiritual and financial supporters. This year, 5 domestic and foreign centers have supported the Congress, including 4 university and scientific centers abroad, 2 universities and the Internal Scientific Association, and 5 knowledge -based and equipment companies that support the event alongside the Royan Research Institute.

According to Fathi; There are four competitions at the heart of the Royan Congress. In addition to selecting six selected articles, the best listener, the best speaker and the best poster provider will also be introduced and will receive their awards on the closing day.

Why is the Royan Congress not held in Persian?

Royan’s educational deputy criticized the fact that last year after the first day of Congress, a reporter released a news program why Congress was held in English despite the presence of Persian speakers. I wish they were present at Congress so that many ambiguities were eliminated. Holding the International Congress requires careful planning. Congress meetings begin six months ago, during which time we are trying to bring out prominent domestic and foreign masters according to the science of the world. Political and international conditions are also influential, but we do our best to establish scientific communication.

Fathi explained about the insistence on holding congressional in English: There are three main reasons; First, if we want to bring the scientific advances of our country to the opinion of international scholars, we must use the international language. The specialized congress cannot be held in Persian and then the English subtitle. Second, this year there are more than 5 foreign speakers attending virtual meetings, and it is natural that we cannot hold the program in Farsi in their presence.

He added: The third reason is that the scientific content of the congress is uploaded to virtual networks and websites so that foreign researchers and professors can benefit from it; Therefore, this content is in English.
