In this project, graduates of specialized doctoral degrees and specialized and specialized courses approved by the Ministry of Science and the Ministry of Health, with age (up to 5 years) and a minimum grade point average, can apply to the faculty. The recruitment process includes the registration of scientific, research and technology records of applicants in the dedicated system, scoring based on specialized criteria, and qualitative evaluation by specialized workgroups.

Applicants also have the opportunity to apply for a request to benefit from these facilities three times and will be deprived of the support of the foundation if they provide inaccurate information.
