Mohammad Mehdi Naderi, managing director of Sina Technologies affiliated with academic jihad, said that the production capacity of this new unit is 6,000 embryos per year, and for the first time in Iran.
He added that the center is equipped with the latest technologies in the world and in accordance with the latest world standards, adding: “Currently, two export contracts with African and Central Asian countries are concluded and negotiations with other countries are under way.”
Increase in the increase of calf production from top cows
Referring to the benefits of IVF technology in proliferating high -end cows, Naderi said: Normally, only one calf can be obtained per year, but with this technology, it is possible to produce up to 4 calves from one top cow per year.
“We do ovulation every week of domestic privileged cows as well as top races imported from Germany, Denmark, Italy and France,” he said. These eggs are fertilized in the laboratory and become the fetus within seven days. Seven -day embryos are planted in the uterus of ordinary cows after freezing, allowing the proliferation of superior genes in the country’s livestock herds.
Exports of top Iranian cows to different countries
CEO of Sina Technologies, citing various countries, said: “At international exhibitions such as Iran Expo, we have received requests from neighboring countries such as Afghanistan and Iraq as well as African countries such as Kenya, Tanzania and Ivory Coast.” Companies from Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan have also announced their readiness to buy top Iranian embryos.
He added: “At present, two export contracts with African and Central Asian countries have been implemented and negotiations with other countries are ongoing.” Despite some interruptions due to the war conditions in the region, we are pursuing export development and the beginning of limited capacity joint cooperation.
Three -year plan for the transformation of the country’s livestock industry
Referring to the country’s need for the development of new technologies in the livestock industry, Naderi stated: A three -year plan to transform livestock and promote top genes in the country’s herds has been developed. The achievement of this goal requires the support of sovereignty and special facilities for the ranchers.
He emphasized the importance of government and banking support: Due to the lack of working capital, the livestock requires cheap facilities and financial support. In this regard, negotiations with the Agricultural Bank and the Fund for the Development of the Livestock Industry have been held and agreements have been signed.
Development of dual -purpose races and self -sufficiency in meat production
Referring to the role of IVF technology in enhancing the productivity and development of dual -purpose breeds, the official said: “Double breeds in addition to producing quality milk have a high potential for meat production and the development of these breeds is one of the country’s upstream programs.” With the necessary support, self -sufficiency in meat production and reduction of dependence on imports can be achieved.
At the end, Naderi noted: Sina Technologies is ready to provide specialized services in every part of the country’s animal husbandry industry that needs to be reproduced, and we hope to see a significant change in this area with more support.
