He added: In Fars province, the elite housing cooperative has been formed and a 4,000 -square -foot land with a construction density of 2 floors and the occupancy level is allocated to the elite for this purpose.

Emphasizing that land supply is only the first part of the process, he said: In some provinces, such as Sistan and Baluchistan, faculty members receive housing upon hiring and the process of allocation of land or construction is not time consuming. In other provinces, the construction process has been transferred to the elite itself. In Yazd, for example, after the land is transferred, the elite asked by each other or through cooperation with the creators to carry out construction projects.

Referring to challenges such as lack of financial resources and land constraints in some areas such as Tehran and Hamedan, he emphasized: The National Elite Foundation is trying to move step by step using the facilitation tool.
