Iran Nano Magazine Among the Impact Citizen Publications – | Iranian and world news

According to RCO News Agency, the annual Journal Citation Reports (JCR 2) report was published by the Clarivate Analytics Institute. This report contains citation information and ranking more than 6,000 scientific journals from 5 countries in the topic. There are five Iranian journals, including five specialized magazines in the field of nanotechnology.

At the top of the list of 5 Iranian magazines, the Journal of Nanostructor in Chemistry is affected by the Islamic Azad University of Holy Branch with an impact of 1.2. This journal is classified into three subject areas in the first (Q1):

• Nanoscience and Nanotechnology: Rank 2 out of 1
• Chemistry, Multidiscipline: Rank 2 out of 1
• Materials Science, Multidiscipline: Rank 1 out of 1

The other four Iranian publications in the field of nanotechnology in the JCR 2 list are:

• International Nano Letters with an impact coefficient of 2.3 (Islamic Azad University of Kermanshah)
• Nanomedicine Journal with an impact coefficient of 4.1 (Mashhad University of Medical Sciences)
• Journal of Nanostructures with an impact coefficient of 1.2 (Kashan University)
• International Journal of Nano Dimension with an impact coefficient of 1.2 (Islamic Azad University of Tonekabon)

The gradual progress of the Iranian Nano Magazines, along with the efforts of editors and researchers, has been implemented by the Nanotechnology and Micro Technology Development Staff by the implementation of the Nanotechnology Development Plan. The project, aims to promote the scientific and international level of nano publications in the country, has the following services:

• Specialized training and advice for editorial teams;
• Improvement of standard scientific publishing indicators;
• Financial support of the articles published in selected journals;

It should be noted that out of the five specialized nanotechnology magazines in the country, so far, four magazines have been indexed on the Scopus International Database, of which four have succeeded in earning an impact.
