According to the University of Tehran, the findings of Maedeh Mahlouji, a biochemical student, entitled “The Effect of Cinemaaldehyde and Phenyl Atyl Alcohol on Blood PH Change and Hemoglobin Effects in Blood Samples Effered by Ozone at High Concentration” Mohammadi and its derivatives, such as rose water, have a significant antioxidant role.
In this study, the structure of hemoglobin protein, the most abundant protein in the blood, was investigated by the highest concentration. The study showed that at a very high concentration, it causes structural changes in hemoglobin protein as the most important oxygen transfer protein.
In addition, the effect of ozone gas, in the presence of cinnamon and Mohammadi flower, was re -tested, respectively, respectively, respectively, and it was found that the two substances, especially phenyl ethyl alcohol, were able to play a very effective role in the fight against ozone.
The results of this study entitled “The Molecular Effects of Ozone on Human Hemoglobin Oligomerisation Pre- and Post-Coveid-19 Infection Accompanied by Favoured Antioxidant Roles” of Cinnamaldehyde and Phenyl Etyl Alcohol in Journal Molecular Structure has been released.
