In order to fulfill the goals of the scientific authority, focusing on the scientific and technological capacities of the Islamic world and in view of the necessity of enhancing problem -oriented research capabilities in Islamic countries, steppe research aims to facilitate joint scientific cooperation with top Islamic world researchers in priority areas.
According to RCO News Agency, In order to fulfill the macro goals of scientific authority, focusing on the scientific and technological capacities of the Islamic world and in view of the need to enhance problem -based research capabilities in Islamic countries, in the strategic areas of artificial intelligence and quantum science, the following action plan framework aims to facilitate Islamic scholarships. In the form of this call, 5 research will be awarded up to $ 5,000 to selected projects.
Early condition
* The project should include a joint research cooperation between one of Iran’s scientists or scientific centers with at least one main researcher or a scientific center in other Islamic countries. This cooperation is proposed by the Iranian side.
* The subject of the research should be subject to a specific issue from Iran or jointly, a topic among the countries of the parties.
* The ownership of the project achievements will be determined by the policies of the Vice President of Science, Technology and Economics.
* Projects defined with the Mustafa Prize winners or have a background in research with them will have a special advantage in the process of evaluation and research.
* Definition of collaboration with the invitees of the Mustafa Award and the 10th Steppe Summit will also be subject to a special privilege in evaluation.
Plans evaluation criteria
* Scientific quality and project innovation according to methodology, theoretical framework and careful reliance on related research literature;
* Problem-oriented and social-scientific function of research in resolving issues of Iran or Islamic countries;
* Running and fulfilling goals within the specified period of time;
* Capacity and Development of Sustainable Scientific Cooperation between Islamic Centers and Researchers;
* The potential to publish results in internationally accredited journals or present at high -level conferences in the fields of artificial intelligence and quantum;
* The amount of new technologies and interdisciplinary methods in project design and implementation.
