Iran’s readiness to cooperate with Islamic countries in the field of nuclear technology – | Iranian and world news

According to the Mehr correspondent, the second day of the second meeting of the Higher Education Ministers of Islamic Countries was held in the framework of the OIC-15 dialogue platform this morning with the participation of Hossein Simai Sarraf and Dr. Aref First Vice President.

Dr. Karimi Sabet, Vice President of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization and head of the Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology, said at the meeting: “Using the latest accelerator technology with radiation therapy capability, we will have a long step towards targeted tumors, especially resistant tumors, this center will be the most advanced cancer treatment centers in the region.”

He pointed to cold plasma technology, adding: “This technology is widely being exploited in the country today and has led us to cure chronic wounds in the best and simplest way. This reflects the combination of modern nuclear science with the health needs of the day.”

He added: “Today’s climate change is the problem of the whole world, but with nuclear technology we can enter the breed of plants and increase drought, salinity and cold.”

The technology is also widely used in our country in our country to deal with pests and food security, and there are currently more than 5 indigenous radiation centers active in Iran, and the country’s development strategy is currently using and private sector participation.

He added: Research reactors are the backbone of nuclear technology development in the country. In the Islamic Republic of Iran, due to the existence of a research reactor and more than four other reactors under construction, nuclear technology in the field of research reactors has become completely indigenous.

Karimi added: In our country, research reactors are used to train human resources, radio production, material testing, and can be the propulsion of nuclear development and promotion, especially in the higher education system.

He pointed to the fusion area and added: “The nuclear fusion field is one of the most promising sources of clean energy in the future of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Currently, Iran has been active in the field of theoretical studies and design of the smelling experimental systems.

The head of the Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology further pointed to the education of nuclear science and technology, adding: “We all know that human resources are the largest capital in the sustainable development of nuclear science and technology. The Islamic Republic of Iran has established the International Academy of Nuclear Sciences in Isfahan.

He continued: The Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to make this center into a scientific hub of the Islamic world and provide a suitable platform for the transfer of experience and expanding regional cooperation in the field of nuclear technology by establishing joint educational capacities, holding specialized courses and accepting students and researchers from Islamic countries.

He continued: Nuclear science and technology is one of the main pillars of the future solutions of humanity in areas such as energy, health, agriculture and the environment. Today, Iran has not only achieved high levels of peaceful nuclear knowledge and technology, but is ready to share these achievements with Islamic countries.

He continued: According to the supreme leader of the Islamic Revolution, the achievement of science and technology should not be monopolized and the Islamic Ummah must step up with the convenience of the capacities of security and sustainable progress. In this context, the Islamic Republic of Iran aims to strengthen the scientific and technological convergence in the Islamic world.

He continued: Designing and implementing joint research projects between Islamic countries, developing educational and research cooperation through the exchange of professors, students and researchers in the field of nuclear sciences and technology, utilizing educational capacities, Isfahan International Center for Education and Nuclear Technology as a regional infrastructure for the training of specialized human resources in the Islamic Republic. Radio Drug Development Research Reactors, Student Exchange and Implementation of Educational Programs Play and Participate in the Future of Independent Scientific and Justice -Based for the Islamic Ummah.
