According to Mehr correspondent, Dr. Ahmad Noahgar said at the opening ceremony of the Third International Conference on Maritime Science with the approach of seafood economics and sustainable energy systems: “Our country with a long culture and infrastructure of rationality and had a good history of governance and ruled the sea.”
He said that the Persian Gulf is the result of culture and civilization. There is dust on this civilization and we have to throw it.
The head of the International Conference on Maritime Science, pointing out that Iran is one of the world’s first countries in the highest water border, said: “The country has a common water border with us and our civilization has been influential on the surrounding countries.”
“If some are looking to rename the Persian Gulf, these are not issues that can be controversial,” he said.
“Some countries spend billions of dollars and the researchers are hired to research the Persian Gulf, but we have to hold a thousand doors to hold a small conference,” said Noah.
Referring to the wealth and huge resources of human resources in Iran, he said: “We need to use these resources and we can research and this research will become technology and work in civilization in the field of civilization.”
“We have this readiness and ability to work in this sector,” said the head of the International Conference on Maritime Science. We expect the country’s executives to move towards marine technology and change their approach to the university.
“We expect the country’s executive authorities to come to the university after the supreme leader’s emphasis on the economy,” he said. Universities have made a lot of help in military technology, and we should know that development that does not go through the University of Science will not be sustainable.
“It is true that we have to communicate with other countries, but we have a lot of internal capable, we have the field of activity, and we must cooperate with other countries,” said Noah.
Referring to water problems in the country, he said: “We had said at the university 5 years ago that we had problems with water resources, if we were listening to these issues that day and planned today we wouldn’t get begged bowl.”
He expressed hope that the authorities’ approach to the university would be better than it is.
