According to Mehr correspondent, Saeed Khodgan, deputy chief of the National Elite Foundation, said at a news conference today at the Foundation, the start of the process of allocation of land and housing for the elite in some provinces, saying: “In the form of a special workgroup, extensive measures to support the provision of elite housing and other elite housing.”

He pointed to the effective cooperation of the provincial authorities: In Isfahan, Yazd and Qom provinces, with the positive interaction of governors, practical steps have been taken and even in some cases the land has been dedicated to elite housing. We hope that this trend will expand with other provinces.

Deputy Governor of the National Elite Foundation described the challenges in Tehran province for providing elite housing: Tehran is facing more complexity due to the high costs of land and construction as well as the high volume of applicants. For this reason, the combined models are on the agenda according to the province’s conditions.

He explained the combined models: For example, in Yazd province, 6,000 hectares of land are intended for elite housing. In this model, the focus is on the transfer of the land and the construction is the responsibility of the elite itself; In this model, for example, each person belongs to 2 square meters of the earth. But in Tehran, it is difficult to supply land due to restrictions, so we also use capacities such as ready to deliver the Housing Renovation Foundation, and these units are provided as part of the support package with special conditions.

Pointing out that in some areas such as Bomhane, the issue of land is being pursued, he said, with the participation of universities and facilitating the National Elite Foundation and the Ministry of Roads, models have been designed to provide organizational housing or transfer ownership to the elite of university.

Vice President of the National Elite Foundation stated: According to Article 5 of the Elite Housing Protection Code, serious follow -up to the Housing Bank and the Ministry of Roads is underway to implement these support in a sustainable and sustainable way.
