According to the Vice President of Science, Technology and Economics, the National Science Foundation of Iran is holding the tenth edition of Iran’s scientific programs with the aim of identifying and supporting prominent researchers in the summer of 2008.
The program, which began in the Vice President of Science, Technology and Economics of the Presidential Base, has been transferred to the National Science Foundation of Iran last year. The purpose of the program is to support and appreciate faculty members and scientists who have been involved in publishing the results of magnificent scientific research in prestigious journals around the world.
To enter the program, a member of the faculty must have high quality works in groups A, B, C and D. The division of journals A to D is done as in the past, which is visible through the link. If the researcher has a work in publications A, B and C and two works in Group D journals, it enters the evaluation process.
The selection of Iranian scientific programs is based on scientific indicators and through the Web of Science database. Also, no judgments and judgments of individuals have been made, and solely on the basis of the country’s scientific scientific program style, information is collected from bases. The works, however, are evaluated for not being valid.
Journals in Group A, B, C and D in recent years as part of the country’s scientific program program are from various disciplines.
Basic sciences that play a key role in the scientific development of the world will also have a special place in this program; However, the study of past periods shows that the program covers a wide range of science disciplines from medical science to technical and engineering. On the other hand, the academic diversity of these people has also been significant.
The support of this program includes research activities, the possibility of attracting a postgraduate researcher, and supporting scientific travel in order to develop research activities.
Also, the National Iranian Science Foundation is trying to expand the support of the program by diversifying the disciplines and the development of related journals. Long -term research designs for researchers who have been selected in several periods are also ongoing programs.
The additional details of the program will be informed soon.
