In their recent investigations, researchers have noticed the existence of a brown dwarf, which is located at a distance of 1400 light-years from the Earth with a temperature higher than the surface of the Sun.
According to Tekna technology and technology news service, the brown dwarf, known as the hottest brown dwarf, has a temperature higher than the sun’s temperature and reaches about 8000 Kelvin.
The reason for the extreme heat of this brown dwarf is its very close distance to its star. The star of this brown dwarf is also a white dwarf. White dwarfs are the remnants of stars that no longer have fuel to consume.
According to these researchers, the mass of this newly discovered dwarf is about 88 times the mass of Jupiter. Therefore, it can be considered as the largest dwarf discovered. Others in the study have said the newly discovered dwarf is one of the most massive brown dwarfs ever identified.
NASA refers to brown dwarfs as the link between small jack stars and large planets. The formation process of dwarfs is different from that of planets and they are created from the accumulation of remnants related to the birth of stars.
