An earthquake in the magnitude of the 5.5 magnitude today shook the border of Khuzestan and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari provinces – around Chelgerd.
According to RCO News Agency, Seismic networks of the National Seismic Center of the University of Tehran Geophysics registered the earthquake at 9:30 pm today.
The coordinates of this earthquake, which occurred at a depth of 2 kilometers, were recorded at 1.5 degrees Longitude and 1.5 degrees Lighttle.
The center of the earthquake was 2 kilometers from Chelgerd in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, 2 kilometers from Khajeh Castle and 2 km from Izeh in Khuzestan province.
