The 14th “Comicer Machine” competitions were held at Sharif University of Technology to promote and challenge the scientific and technical level of participants and enhance the skill of the workgroup. . The competition was led by the Iranian Chemical Engineering Association and hosted by the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of Sharif University of Technology and the Scientific Association of the Faculty of Kimia.
In the Comicer Competition Competition, groups are required to design small cars that, using controlled chemical reactions, provide their driving force and carry a cargo over a certain distance. This competition in sections; The poster and performance were held.
The first round of the competition at the Aiche’s Annual Student Conference in the fall, was held by Washington University students, and the widespread acceptance of the competition made it one of the most popular Aiche events and expanded to other countries.
In Iran, however, the first competing competition was held in Iran’s University of Science and Technology in December 2009, at the same time as the 9th National Congress of Chemical Engineering. After that, these competitions continued at various universities in the country.
