He called plastic injection an important process in the industry and reminded: plastic injection was used for the first time in 1867 to make billiard balls by injecting celluloid into a mold and as a result, the desired shape of the ball was obtained. Success was extracted and this method is now known as plastic injection.
Khosravi considered the main peak for the growth of the plastic injection industry to be in the 40s, coinciding with the World War, and stated: At that time, a device for making spiral and complex devices by plastic injection was invented, and this knowledge is the basis for faster progress in this field. is
Referring to the research conducted in this company, this researcher noted: One of our research fields is the application of plastic and composite injection industry in the toy industry, and in this field, we came to three new methods of plastic injection from the combination of composite injection and plastic injection. Two of these methods do not require a plastic injection machine, and the process has been developed in this company, and in the third method, we design and make molds for plastic injection for the machine.
Stating that these molds are special molds, he continued: The molds that we developed for plastic injection have a higher quality than the existing molds, while the most elegance can be created in the molds with the lowest cost. Its low price compared to existing formats is another competitive advantage of this product.
