Referring to the importance of human resources in the development of research, he said: “At Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, we are not limited in recruiting postdoctoral fellows and elite soldiers, and we are planning to recruit 300 fresh young faculty members.” Even if we have to sell the university building, it is important to attract human resources.
