According to RCO News Agency, citing Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Dr. Seyyed Reza Rais Karmi, President of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, in a decree appointed Dr. Qasim Jan Babaei as the head of the Oncology, Hematology and Tuberculosis Research Institute of Tehran University of Medical Sciences and in a letter from the services Valuable Dr. Mohammad Vaezi, the former president, appreciated. In view of your commitment, expertise and valuable scientific records and valuable experiences in various executive fields, you are hereby appointed as the head of the Oncology, Hematology and Tuberculosis Research Institute.

According to Mehr, Qasim Jan Babaei was previously the president of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in the 11th government, and he was appointed as the deputy medical director of the Ministry of Health in the 12th government.
