According to Tekna’s international technology news media service, Isaacman is going to replace Bill Nelson, the former Florida state senator. Appointed to head NASA in the Joe Biden administration, Nelson has taken significant steps to advance the US space program during his tenure.
One of Isaacman’s other achievements is the financing of the Inspiration 4 mission. This mission sent four non-professional astronauts into space in 2021 using SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket and is known as a milestone in the commercial spaceflight industry.
Isaacman’s wealth comes mainly from e-payment company Shift4; The company he founded at the age of 16 and is still its CEO. The company recently took big steps in expanding its services by acquiring gift card platform Givex and signing a payment deal with Starlink, owned by Elon Musk.
Reacting to this appointment, Isaacman wrote on his account on the social network X: “With the support of President Trump, I promise to never again take away the ability to travel to the stars from We will not give up and we will try to reach the first place.
