In this meeting, Khodeigan explained the actions and programs of the National Elite Foundation in the field of identifying, empowering and attracting elites.
Referring to the missions of the foundation under the strategic document of elites, he stated: The foundation pursues the two main areas of identifying and empowering students and attracting and retaining graduates.
Stating that we have various plans for each of these departments, Khodeigan said: “In the field of attracting and retaining graduates of the Ministry of Health, the “Jhat” plan is one of the most important programs, in its form, the recruitment of graduates is pursued, especially in specialized doctorate courses.
Close cooperation with the Ministry of Health
While pointing to the previous challenges in this area, he said: In the past, the graduates of the Ministry of Health were less supported in this plan, but with the revisions made and the close cooperation of the Ministry of Health, now two specialized working groups are active in the field of basic medical sciences and clinical medicine. which facilitate the recruitment process and introduce graduates to universities outside of the usual call-up processes.
Emphasizing on giving priority to the Ministry of Health in the Foundation’s programs, Khodeigan pointed to the appointment of Narges Hossein Mardi, a member of the faculty of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, as the deputy of the leaders and elites, and continued: This appointment is a step towards strengthening the relationship between the Foundation and the Ministry of Health. From now on, more support will be given to students and graduates of this field.
Identifying top talents and solving national problems
He also pointed to two flagship projects of the foundation, “Shahid Vazvai” and “Shahid Ahmadi Roshan”, and said: These projects are respectively in the fields of identifying top talents and They are active in solving national problems through the creation of problem-oriented cores.
Khodaygan further pointed out that the “Shahid Vazwai plan” supports 2,500 students and the Shahid Ahmadi Roshan plan will involve more than 1,200 students by creating 240 problem-solving centers, and said: In total, for these two plans, about 270 billion tomans Funds have been allocated.
Emphasizing on revising the plans of the foundation, Khodeigan stated: Some plans will be modified based on feedback from elites and new programs will be defined according to the needs of today’s society. Therefore, I invite all elites and top talents to reflect their opinions through the foundation’s survey system so that their voices are heard and included in the decisions.

In another part of this meeting, Hojjatul Islam Saeed Karmi, the head of the Supreme Leader’s representative body in the National Elite Foundation, while welcoming the attendees, emphasized the importance of direct interaction between the elites and the officials.
Referring to the Supreme Leader’s concern about hearing the opinions of the elites from the officials, Kerami said: These meetings are held with the aim of creating a space for expressing the views and concerns of the elites. Surely, the views expressed in these meetings will improve the process of activities of the National Elite Foundation and lead to the generation of valuable ideas.
He added: When brilliant talents and top students are aware of the country’s issues and challenges from the beginning, especially in direct interaction with the officials, they will play an effective role in solving these issues.
He further added: This process makes the elites familiar with the challenges from the very beginning of the elite path and their ideas are effectively used in order to solve national problems.
Referring to the necessity of continuous communication between the elites and the officials, Kerami said: This communication will not only bring synergy between the elites and the executive bodies, but will also be a credit for solving national issues and will lay the foundation for the effective participation of the elites in the future of the country.
