The National Elite Foundation supports the formation of problem-oriented centers by approving the guidelines for supporting problem-oriented research-technological centers (Shahid Ahmadi Roshan plan).
According to RCO News Agency, In line with the implementation of action 2-2-2 of the country’s strategic document on elite affairs (approved by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution in 2013) regarding the “organization and development of active student cores, constant monitoring and targeted and phased support of them with the aim of turning these cores into elite groups”, based on the note of articles 3 and 4 of the “Regulation on the Identification, Development and Excellence of Top Talents and Elites on the Path to Eliteness” (approved by the Board of Trustees of the National Elite Foundation on 10 Bahman 1402) and in order to familiarize the elite community with the needs and issues country and encouraging them to work as a group around national, regional and strategic issues, with the focus of prominent academic, industrial, artistic professors, etc. The science and technology of the country, named “Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Plan”, supports the formation of problem-oriented cores.
According to the information base of the National Elite Foundation, the goals of implementing this plan are:
1-2. Education, empowerment and skill enhancement of students, students and graduates about a real issue;
2-2. Guiding students, students and graduates to solve national, regional and strategic problems of the country;
2-3. increasing social skills and creating a sense of self-confidence in students, students and graduates;
