Khokhti, the founder of this university, praised him and said: If the late Jabar Baghcheban was the founder of the first school for the deaf in Iran, Professor Khokhti is the first and only founder of a special university for the deaf in the country.
Khodeigan stated that Dr. Khodei has always been the source of works and has left lasting works in the field of higher education of the country, and said: “In every position he has been in, he has created lasting works with creativity and initiative, especially for the higher education community of the country and the environment.” They had elites of the country. I sincerely thank them for all the efforts they have made to improve education, especially to improve the level of higher education.

In history, great celebrities were deaf, for example, Helen Keller, the great writer, is one of these celebrities who was also blind in addition to deafness, but neither of these two issues prevented her from flourishing.
He said: Helen Keller has a famous saying and she says that if I were to be given one gift out of the two gifts of sight and hearing, I would prefer to have hearing, because I would learn more easily with hearing! This issue shows what a great mission the International University of Angels has in the higher education of the deaf.
Khodeigan stated that among other celebrities, Thomas Edison is one of the best inventors of all time, who lost 80% of his hearing as a teenager, but this issue did not prevent his growth and emergence of genius, and said: It is interesting to know that Beethoven is one of the geniuses. Music becomes deaf at the age of 28 or 28, but this love for work makes him not lose his spirit and become the creator of the best music works in the world. So deafness is not a disability, others did it, you can too.
